alignment issues

Hi all: went to my dealer and asked for an alignment on my 2005 cooper S with jcw suspension and 15 inch x 7 wheels with 205/55-15 ....

requested following

front toe at 1/16 inch
rear camber as little as possible, or as positive as possible, ideally having negative 0.5 degrees
front camber set as negative as possible per production tolerances
otherwise try and stay within spec for JCW suspension

this is what I got:

left camber front -.6 degrees right -.3 degrees
left Toe -.04 degrees right -.02 degrees

left camber rear -2.2 degrees right -1.9 degrees
left toe .19 right .16 degree

cross camber -.3 degrees
cross caster 0.0 degree
cross sai .6
total toe -.05 degree

Paid $99 bucks and talked to service manager who kindly offered to realign as I disliked the excessive neg rear camber... but it is kinda a pain to get car in... I am an experienced driving event participant but frankly am still trying to learn fwd dynamics and hate understeer.. sooo how off is this alignment in terms of maximizing performance... how does one convert 1/16 front toe to degrees?

thanks, any advice..
