sagging visor

While removing my visor stickers I noticed that my passengers side visor does not snap up against the roof. It hangs with a 3/8" gap unlike the drivers side which is tight against the roof.
Any ideas how to adjust this? How does the visor come apart? Where is the "spring" mechanism?
