After three different visits to the MINI dealer all 11 things were fixed at the 50K mark:

1. rusted out rear bumper light sockets.
2. hanging rear exhaust
3. inoperable windows
4. squeaky sunroof
5. inoperable a/c due to coolant loss
6. inoperable door pulls
7. broken glove box and new lock
8. front and rear brake service
9. oils, wipers, and fluids (they forgot there was no coolant in the reserve tank but I caught them)
10. loose exterior trim
11. reflash of car to eliminate stalling

It took a significant investment of my time, but off warranty these repairs would have cost thousands! Heads up early MINI owners!

I just wrote MINIUSA about my whole issue going on. We will see what they say, I am over 50k miles now, but having the same exact codes being thrown as when it was in at 49K miles. I am hoping there is a way they can help me out in getting it back in under warranty, there is nothing that my aftermarket parts have done to mess anything up on the car. They have all been on for some 20k miles with no issues. =/

Oh and Matt if you read this the TB didn't help =/ I will bring that back to you sometime this weekend.
