well im in atlanta, and global said it was both my O2 sensors went bad, but then called me back later and said that was not the issue.. after a week of waiting... now they say my wireing harness has damage because of my plasma booster and its going to be $951 to fix the car? it seems to happen when the car gets realy hot.. also the oil light flikers sometimes..

so who do i trust.

Hmm, I was really close to buying a plasma booster. Its that really the culprit?

 

I can only tell you that my light came on consistently. I do not have ther Plasma booster and have not heard the complaint from those who do. I took my 02 JCW S in to the dealer four times in Florida and they changes the sensors, Then said it was the fuel filler area not sealing correctly and changed that. Then they said it was the filler neck and something in the engine (can not remember but change those. NO FIX two days or one day later after drive came back on again. I took it to A MINI DEALER IN Salt Lake City UT and explained the same problem with light. I told them to contact Lauderdale Mini in FL to see all the work they had done. Picked up car a few days later and low and behold it has not come on again since last October 05. If you want Ill look for the paperwork ( I am in the Middle Of Moving now) and see what they did?
