linkage deterioration?

i had my flywheel and clutch replaced in december. it was replaced because the flywheel was warped a bit and was causing a ticking noise at idle. anywho, after that my trany's linkage doesn't seem as smooth as it used to be, some times i have to let the car roll forward so that i can slip into first gear. this isn't normal for a 2005 MCS with 5K on it is it? I have been good on my trany too i double clutch and never force it in gear. I haven't had time to get the mini in till 2 weeks from now, so i just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar problem with their linkage. oh, and its not because it is cold out, it does it when it is 70 out and before the new clutch it was bellow zero and the linkage seemed fine then.

Sounds like the clutch is not fully disengaging. Take it back to the dealer.
