Yea I agree with Chows4us, this happend to me this summer, no big deal, according to the dealer, I don't know what they did to fix it, but they said it was nothing big.

Often, TB error codes are manifested by small vacuum leaks, especially at those darn intercooler boots. I would clean up and retighten around there and then see if you still have a prob.
Your unichip may also just need a little tweak after the WMS exhaust install, since you are gonna be flowing alot more air out the back end now
