Throttle body question

Can you bolt the MCS throttle body on the MC? Kinda like MC owners geting springs from MCS owners, when the MCS owner goes aftermarket.

I know going larger will help my MC but how much larger should I go?

Thanks in advance.

I have a mustang and went from 55mm to 70mm and that was quite a huge difference in performance, however I noted some lag. There is going to always be some ideal size, I am sure testing has been made on this.
