Am I just being picky? I have an 05 MCS, it's about a month old, and the plastic area above the rearview mirror that contains the map lights and the airbag light buzzes at low rpm's. Has anyone else had this, is this a fixable thing or am I crazy. Rattles and buzzes drive me crazy so to me it is amplified. Just wondering if this is normal for this car or out of the ordinary. and if there is a fix.

Troubleshoot your problem first. Take a wood toothpick and place it in the seam where the maplight cluster meets the header. If that doesn't "fix" your problem, then the buzzing is comming from somewhere else - the bulbs inside the cluster loose (you can tighten the mounts)? If it DOES "fix" the buzzing, cut a small sliver of the cloth side of Velcro and pack the seam. That will tighten it up, and won't be noticeable.



edit: Your header may look different from mine - I have a '05 MCSC with no airbag light...
