i was just curious if the pre 05' 6-speed fit in a pre 05' MCS? i was watching a video comparing the new face-lifeted integra type r and the older (still dc5) integra type r, well the new one only had suspension tweaks just to make it smoother riding but it also had shorter gearing. well the new one was able to pass it quickly on the and it finished with a good car-length or more ahead... so is the shorter geared 05' transmission really be able beneficial if it was put on pre 05' models?

 

Its possible, but would cost more than the difference between selling your car and buying a new 05.

 

everyone says "its too expensive, itll cost too much" I would like to hear if it is possible and if anyone has done it also.
