susp moaning noise?

hello everyone, ive had my cooper back now after an ice accident in the winter (lots-o-suspension) and a psycho deer shortly there after( body). One thing ive noticed that i have no idea what it could be, is that especially from a cold start, when i turn to pull out of my spot, or make a turn going slow, reverse or straight, i get a weird sound. It sounds kinda like a cross between the tires rubbing on a lowered car, and a moan, but from somewhere in the suspension i think. My car is stock right now minus the parts the relaced. Any ideas on what can be causing this sound, cause i have no idea? thanks ben

oh if it makes a difference, the noise started after they replaced the suspension not after the deer, pretty much the whole front right, parts of the rear right, and a bunch of stuff on the front left too. I can see nothing rubbing under there and the noise only happens at real slow speeds. thanks guys any imput would be a huge help.

My car is in the dealer right now for the same rubbing kind of mechanical noise from the front of the car when turning slowly with throttle.(not power steering noise!)
Will let you know when I hear back from my service advisor.
