Cooolant Level

Well I'm coming up on 50,000 miles in my '03 MCS and since day one of ownership the coolant level has always seemed low. Is this normal? It usually sits below the minimum line and I can see the ribs at the bottom of the tank. This is my 2nd tank (the first one cracked). But there is no difference in the level between the first and second tank.

Where does your coolant level sit?

I've an 03 with 50k miles as well. Mine ran (up until today) just like yours...just to where you could see the tops of the ribs.

I just got my coolant expansion tank replaced (yep this is #3) yesterday afternoon and drove my car home today. The coolant was above the max fill line when I just now checked.
