Glad to help - having had to purchase a replacement piece of insulation I thought I'd pass it on.

 

I thought about taking the bracket back out and taking a photo to help others see what the bracket needs to look like. But, I'm a little embarrassed by how beat up it looks now - Doh!

 

why doesnt this CAI fit an 05?

but the filter and the intake tubing are the same size, correct? i can make a mount, it's not rocket science....

 

I believe the transmission mount is either bigger, or in a different spot. Hence the different size air box. It might fit, but I never wanted to spend the money to find out. Will just sit tight untill one of the vendors comes out with something.
