Can anyone confirm that "KD Tools 3374" Oetiker clamp pliers work on the clamps on our cars? Specifically, the little buggers under the bypass valve? I couldn't get the lowest one completely latched and am after some months driving like this started getting an SES (too lean bank one) from time to time. Car seems to run great (aside from occasional lumpy idle & typical on/off switch throttle response). Spark plugs look fine, too.

Anyway, I replaced the Oetiker with a standard hose clamp but am afraid to tighen it much as the parts it joins are plastic. That seemed to lessen the frequency of the light's occurance but it may just be a fluke. Heck, the light may be a fluke. I don't know. When I get time, I'll get it checked out & hopefully they won't try to put it off on mods.

I would like a confirmed answer on the tool required, if possible.
