My daughter came by with her 2009 Mini convertible. She said the door panel broke.

I took a look. There are two screws that hold the inner panel in place. Apparently the screws go into a sleeve thats inserted into an opening in the door (terrible desc I know). The sleeves popped out. Pushing the screws does nothing as the sleeve is now loose and will immediately pop out when pulling the door closed.

The photos are much better at explaining the issue than my lame description.

How do I go about repairing this for her? What parts do I need - and can I fix it “in place” or do I need to remove the entire door panel?
