P2187 Need assistance

2010 non turbo Mini w/ 100K miles. Bought it non-operational. Had 3 burnt exhaust valves that have been replaced. I've fought several codes since partial rebuild (P136,P420). Cleaned MAF sensor with the special cleaner. Broken PCV tube was the last part replaced. Now P2187 according to my Foxwell 510. I disconnected and plugged the PCV tube and watched the short term fuel trim go from -15% to +10% No vacuum leaks that I can find. Vacuum is so good I can hardly remove the oil filler cap when running due to suction. I'm running a can of injector/catalyst cleaner through it now but no changes this soon. New bank 2 O2 sensor to fight P0420 previously. Bank 1 O2 unknown mileage. Fuel pressure ok. One more odd reading though. Foxwell reports airflow at 0.01lb/s at idle. At full throttle acceleration it gets up to 0.12 Seems really low Anything else I can check? Thanks
