Harmonic Balancer from Hell

Following the mod mini method I placed a cut off bolt in the center of the HB, used a crowfoot puller with an impact gun to get started. There was no problems sliding out the HB for the first 1/4". I then slide a longer bolt into the center, reattached my puller but haven't been able to get any more movement out of damn thing. I've tried tapping it with a light hammer while using the impact and tried a combo of impact gun + 19mm wrench on the puller but I cant get any more thread moving. The car is a 2006 MCS

Also bolt in the center seems bound up on something - it can wiggle and 1/4 turn easily with your fingers but I cant pull it out anymore with vice grips. I've been at it for 5-6 hours but I just cant get this one figured out and would really appreciate any ideas to help get this sucker off.

Although I haven't encountered this problem - Have you tried re-seating the pulley in a bit, spraying PB Blaster (or lubricant) and then giving it another try at removal? - You may have to carefully repeat the process.
Or is that what you've already tried.
I've also heard of others having to use a MAP torch to heat up the pulley in order to get it off.

From: Under the car. As per normal.
Used one of these bad boys with no issue.
