Shifter linkage fix

Has anyone else tried these?

https://www.bushingfix.com/na1kit/

Just can’t quite figure out how to get the metal cup off without cutting the top. Trying to avoid buying whole new shifter linkage set. Otherwise I was thinking of using epoxy to hold the bushing back inside the cup?

I bought those very same bushing fix kit as failsafe for when I replaced my shift-weight bushings.
I'm sorry I can't help seeing as I was fortunate that I didn't need to repair/replace mine.

I'll be following this discussion in hope that someone can help.

I just used some jb weld for now. The button would snap inside the cup it just wasn’t strong enough to stay in when snapped onto the swivel head.

Thanks for the update.
I was really wondering how well or if at all those repair bushings worked.
They almost make it look so easy and infallible.
