Suddenly the fuel pressure drops

Hello friends, I have a problem that I have been going round and round. I have a mini cooper n14 turbo 2010. 5 months ago I rebuilt the engine, 2 months ago the high pressure pump began to fail, I changed it for a new OEM one, then 1 month ago the tank fuel pump fail. Today I changed the tank pump and the car does not raise pressure on the rail more than 80 psi. If I turn it on and off it gets to 600-700 psi at idle. but when driving it and walking more than a block the pressure drops back to 80 psi.

Checking the HPFP I see that it has oil, is it normal or the pump already defective.

Im trying to make sense of these statements… If the engine is not running, but the key is on, the fuel rail pressure should be ~80 psi. If the engine is running at idle, the rail pressure should be ~700 psi. When driving down the road, the rail pressure will go up to ~1700-2000 psi.

If any of those conditions are not met, something is wrong.

Ok, in the morning it turns on the third time I press the power button. The car starts hard but stays on. By OBD2 I see that the pressure is at 80psi, it does not go up to 700psi at idle. If I start to accelerate the car reaches 700 psi. But the minute the car is started the pressure drops to 80psi. But the car does not turn off

That sounds to me like the high pressure pump is failing
