I need to remove the clutch pressure plate etc from the engine I'll be installing so I can reuse the 6month old clutch I just installed in my original engine before it locked up . How can I hold the flywheel from turning . I see a tool for r56 but nothing for r53.

 

I used a metal coat hanger and wrapped it around a bell house bolt to keep flywheel from spinning
