Oil Cooler Blowing out the O-Rings at start

Sorry for the long post but, wanted to give full back ground on my problem.

I bought a 2011 Clubman S in Mid December of 2021, drove it about 50 and about 3/4 mile from my house I thought it blew a head gasket. Bought everything to replace including new timing chain kit, water pump, friction wheel, belt tensioner aw well as a huge host of other things. Due to waiting for parts and the cold weather took me about 2 months to get it back together (over a month waiting on parts). Went to start it and started up, ran it for about 1 min, shut it off and it would not start again. So, looked at tons of stuff and researched online and found out that it never had a blown head gasket but, it was the freeze plug in the head. Put it back in nice and tight. Started it again, was running fine, went to test drive and it lost all it coolant. So, thought maybe it was the oil cooler o-rings. Pulled stuff apart and put in new o-rings. Found some coolant hoses that were not all the way tight after pressure and vacuum test. Got it all back together again and oil blew out the o-rings on the cooler. Dumped oil and coolant all over my garage. Pulled it off, put a tiny bit of RTV in the grooves to make sure that the o-rings stayed in place. Put it back on again and started it and with in 20 seconds they blew out again and oil and coolant all over the floor again. At this point I am not sure what is going on but, I am tired of putting oil in it and it just dumping all over the floor. Does anyone have any ideas??? This is my first Mini but, I know a lot about cars in general. Just SO frustrated and want to drive it.

Thanks for any thoughts anyone might have,

1st guess is compression leaking into oil lines. Have you done a compression or leak-down test?
