Blend flap servo mounting?
Blend flap servo mounting? (fixed)
My new to me 2006 with auto climate HVAC was without heat when purchased. I removed the glove box and found that the blend flap servo is just perched on top of the arm to the flap and not mounted to the car. It seems like there is a single tab where it should go but only a top tab. Maybe the previous owner broke off the lower tab? Does anyone happen to have a photo of how the servo motor is attached to the car? Would be greatly appreciated. I have searched on this forum and online but was not able to find a good view of how it mounts.
Thanks

An excellent resource for finding parts and locations, thanks for taking the time to respond. Unfortunately this positioning does not seem to be well represented there or in any of the manuals I was able to find online.
I did get under the dash again and figured out that the small notch on the right side of the lower bracket could be lined up with a rail below the tab. For some reason earlier attempts at using this did not set the servo in place. Now that it is there it feels secure. Odd design. One of the manuals mentioned a screw but I did not see how that would be and that probably added to my confusion.
Cheers to all who looked at my trivial problem.
