Misfire p0300,p0301,p0304

Misfire p0300,p0301,p0304
Hey new to the forum having some problems outta my wife's base 2011 mini clubman 1.6 looking for some help.
ISSUES : misfires after warming up I can pull # 4 coil wire and the engine doesn't change but it's fine before warm up and a rough idle on start up.
Things I've doneCompression test ( between 135-129) across cyl. With engine at op temp.Swapped plugs and coil packsNew fuel filterNew intake gasket
checked valves for carbon( look good)
swapped injectorsChecked air filterCheck pcv diagram
Please help anything I'm missing
