Misfire p0300 p0304 random misfire, and cylinder 4 misfire

How do I go about fixing this issue? I replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil pack. I just swapped spark plugs with cylinder 3, and put it in 4 with no difference in codes. I switched the wire with 3, and 4, and same codes.

I only notice issues when idling. It doesn't idle right, but the rpm gauge doesn't really move. It stays near 1,000. I am hoping its something easy, and not a bad/damaged valve.

I just bought new spark plugs again, this time going with the most expensive $7.00 a piece. I waited for the engine to cool down, and all the spark plugs where cooled down except 1 was hot to touch. I believe it was the second cylinder that was hot. I know for fact it wasn't cylinder 4 which is what the code said. Also that plug in number 2 was burnt a little on the white above where it screws in. Right now its idling over 1,000, and before it was a little below 1,000rpms so new spark plugs made a difference, and will probably clear the codes, but I have a feeling the codes might come back if its more severe like a bad valve.
