Problems after Cat change

Hey community,

I have been through a tough time with my Mini One R56 N12B14 and it doesn't end.
Timing chain, both O2 sensors, Thermostat housing with thermostat and valve stem seals already have been changed.

I have changed my catalytic converter and the oil filter housing gasket and right after that my car had three error codes, any idea?

Clear them, and see if they come back.

Why did you change the O2 sensors? Did you get them installed in the proper locations? Why did you change the catalytic converter?

Long story short, the O2 sensor before the cat faultet over and over again, reasons were a stretched timing chain, the valve stem seals and because the car was driven to long with these issues the cat was kind of melted, black and probably created the 02 sensors fail the sensors react to the gases post and pre cat if cat blocked will over heat upstream and will also cause low reading from down stream, it will also have effect on upstream sensor reaching 600c ie the switching point to closed loop running

I'm almost tempted to believe you got a bad cat? Was it a used part, or a new one?

It was a new one, but not a factory one (but a one with good reviews) but how do the other error codes relate to a bad cat?
