2011 Base Coupe Hardtop - AC/Heat blower only runs on high speed

From what I have read, this problem is related to the resistor under the center instrument panel, by the accelerator pedal. Everything I have seen calls this a blower motor resistor. Everything also refers to it as a hedgehog resistor due to the heat sink fins on it.

However, when looking for the part "2011 R56 Mini Blower motor resistor", I only get back results for the following: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...r/64113422663/
Clearly no heat sink and I am not sure this is it.

So the question remains, is there something else to call this or does someone have a part number I could look up? Thanks!

a.) OK. This does change everything!
b.) It is called a regulator and not resistor, hence my problem. (Based on price, I WISH it was the resistor)

Thanks for the tips!
