Hi everyone I’m a new member to the forum but I’ve read tons of posts from here and it’s helped me with a lot of issues. My current issue that I’m having trouble solving is the passenger seat occupancy sensor. A while back I spilled coffee on the seat and wiped it up but the next day the airbag light on the Speedo came up as well as on the tach and the passenger airbag off light is on next to the reading light. I recently bought a used seat off eBay that the seller said had a functional sensor. I replaced the seat and the light is still on. I have a blue driver obd2 scanner that will pull up the code and when I attempt to clear the code it goes away on the app but the airbag light never turns off and when I go to read the codes the code comes back. Tomorrow when it stops raining I’m going to try cleaning the connector and see if that fixes the issue but I wanted to post here to see what everyone’s recommendations and suggestions are. Also for reference the code is 93C3.
