Decoupling Element - Flex Pipe Fix

Does anyone know how to connect the back of the flex pipe to the exhaust? there doesn't seem to be enough metal to weld it and there is no clamp sold for this end by ECS.

Hello,

FYI - flex section broke on my Invida cat-back exhaust, on my 2009 MCS. A local muffler shop was able to remove and weld in a replacement flex section. Pic is of the installation in progresss...

I took the car to a local welding shop, they charged me almost $400 to weld the flex pipe. I read an earlier post from 2011 where it cost less that $200 and they didn't even supply the flex pipe????

Wow!. Sorry to hear that but $400 to weld on a flex-pipe is "robbery w/ no gun". I paid $100 total (parts and labor). I hate to hear folks getting ripped-off...
