I'm stumped! No Ac nor radiator fan operation.
- AC compressor will not run. Clutch spins freely.
- Tested fan - both speeds work when 12v is applied directly to each connector. See two speeds.
- No 12v at the fan connector from the engine.
- Both fan relays are working. Bench tested.
- 7.5a and 50a fuses test OK.
- Have never heard or have seen fan operate.
- The car doesn't seem to overheat.
- No error codes reported when scanned with BMW scanner.
- A/C scan test states "not operate" when switch and light are on.
- I have not checked A/C gas levels because I believe the fan not operating is causing the AC to do the same.
- Have not tested coolant temp sensor since sensor failure typically causes the fan to continuously run.

Hi
Since not working. Found A/C empty and recharged. Got readings 32psi low and 152psi high after charge. The low-speed fan does not run but the compressor clutch is now engaging. Tested old fan with a 12v battery and ran when jumped by both leads. All relays and fused checked out OK. Ordered another new fan. First, one had a warped housing and couldn't be installed. Is there anything else I'm missing?
