R56 won’t start

Hello, so I’ve been trying to find a solution for my problem. But I’ve just come to an ends with it.

original post ” I got my mini with 108,000 miles on it. About a week after I got it, it started having issues. It wouldn't turn on was the first problem. It would make a ticking noise when I would try to start it and wouldn't turn over AT ALL. Took a few tries, then it turned out. It kept like that for a few days and then one day, my brake lights stayed on and drained my battery. The car now leaves the brake lights on anytime you take the key out. So, My car wouldn't accept a jump right away, it took a while to get my car started like originally, just a tick and nothing. We realized after it kept happening that the issue mostly happened when my car was sitting under the sun for too long and wouldn't do anything. In the mornings and at night It would get better and turn on almost immediately, if not with little trying. During the day, under the sun, definitely wouldn't. At that point, we replaced the battery, checked the starter, checked the ground cables, replaced the spark plugs, replaced the ignition start/ stop button.... nothing worked. So we turned to jump starting the car manually when I would go to work and leave home. Resulting great for a bit, not anymore. Car has been sitting since October and unable to use because even trying to jump start the car, it'll turn over but not turn on at all.“

the only new update I have on it, is a few new codes to the car that I just can’t seem to find what they could mean .. anyone have any insights ?

This was the first scan

The second scan

And this was the final scan

Bring it back to whom you purchased if from if you can...it has a slew of issues....
The ECU is troubling as it could have been damaged from improper jump starting procedures...

There are few things to look at. using the scan tool, pull the live data of the ECU and try reading the gas paddle position and see if it moves when you press on it. Same goes for the break paddle sensor. Then, if the car has a sunroof, I would check the passenger side fuse box for water intrusion and even corrosion. I would also check the driver side footwell module for the same thing. Lastly, I would hand spin the engine to see if it is not locked up for whatever reason.
