Sun roof problems cold weather

Hi everyone this is my first time here and I have a problem with my R56 sun roof, but at diference with the most cases it started to fail with low temperatures about 50-60 ºF (10-15 ºC) first times it opens with help of my hand pushing up the front or the rear glass panel...

But nowadays it won´t open with any type of help and it started to make a terrible noise. Video inside:

I tried to lube it with an softoil that was at home but I think it make it worse...

Need help about it, I think I can´t afford a sunroof motor change right now...

Now insert a few images of my Mellow Yellow Baby:

Rails need fully cleaned and cables, rails greased and pop the motor out to make sure it did not stick and grind some of the cables in spots.

Nice R56 Mellow Yellow BTW
