Help Please With Engine Noise - Video Clips Attached

My 2008 R56 MCS with Auto-Transmission & 104-K mileage is making a whining/rattling noise. Initially the noise was happening at cold start and than goes away when engine is at operating temperature. But now it is constant and gets louder with load.

Timing Chain was replaced by dealer in 2014 at no cost (per the Recall) and the mileage was 65-K at the time. Also, recently I had a Turbocharger failure and I had it replaced with a new K3. Today I removed the Valve Cover and checked for any broken Plastic Chain Guides and all seemed OK. I am also attaching a short Video Clip showing a slight play in the Upper Plastic Guide of the Timing Chain.

Need help diagnosing the engine noise. My suspicion is the Timing Chain but the sound is different than the common rattle noise I had prior to having the Timing Chain Recall done. Thanks and appreciate your help!
