Hard to start when warm

Just thought I would post this for those who are having issues starting your Mini's when up to temp. I just worked on a R53 suffering from long cranking time when warm. After going through the fuel pressure (tested good)/vac leak testing I noticed fuel in the vac line from the fuel pressure regulator. Well it appears the regulator was leaking internally and the fuel was getting sucked into the engine while both running and dripping into the engine while at rest. basically flooding the engine a bit. Replaced the regulator and it was back to its happy self. Just wanted to put my experience out there hope it helps.
