Power steering fluid change

Doing some maintenance on my daughter's car I found a nasty pink fluid dripping slowly from the bottom of the oil pan. From experience I know that this is ATF-4, which is a bit of a WTF for a Mini. They don't use ATF-4 anywhere, so where is it coming from. It looks like it's coming from the power steering pump, which indicates that a lazy mechanic replaced the fluid with ATF-4 instead of CHF-11. ATF-4 can be quite corrosive to seals that are designed for CHF, so it seems quite likely that he PS pump is now going to be shot, or at least the seals in all sorts of place.

Anyway, my question: how do you drain all the fluid from the PS system in an '05 Cooper S?

Ian
