MT crush washers?

Do the drain and fill plugs on 2nd gen manual transmissions have crush washers or gaskets on them? RealOEM doesn't show them (though it does for the AT) and the MiniMod video I watched on Youtube made no mention of them. Thanks.

I don't remember seeing them last time I was filling my MT. I'd trust RealOEM if they don't show any. If you remove the fill plug first and check it, the drain plug should be the same. It's always a good idea to pull the fill plug first anyhow --- whatcha gonna do if you drain it first, then can't get the fill plug out?

Thanks. Totally onboard with cracking the fill bolt before draining the fluid. Am surprised that there aren't washers on the plugs but I'm sure you're right -- nothing I've seen shows them.
