Light after hooking up battery again

Hey guys, unhooked my battery for some work and hooked it back up and I am getting this warning light. Searched and couldn't find the image. What is it? Scanned everything and no CELs. How do I get rid of it? Thanks in advance.

Time needs set i believe is that it lost its time and date memory.

Yep, happened to me when I replaced the battery. Had to get out the manual to figure out how to set date/time.
