Hello everyone,

I've recently bought a 2011 MCS R56 and had the timing chain and water pump changed.

Now within the last few days I've noticed a sort of flapping sound from the engine all through the rev range. It matches the revs.

I'm a little worried and not sure if I can drive my car or not.
Can anyone tell what this is?

It's hard to catch in the video. Check the serpentine belt amd look for chips or cracks from inside. Also check if the pulley next to the water pump is tight and the release tab is pushed back.
