Key fob will not unlock doors

Key fob will not unlock doors

Ok, so when I push the unlock on the key fob it unlocks the gas cover and boot but not the doors. When I push the lock button it locks the gas cover and boot but not the doors. What now?

Do you hear any noise in the door when you attempt to lock? You can try pairing the key fob to the vehicle with these instructions.https://bmw-key-replacement.com/bmw-...eys-r50-52-53/

My driver's door did this but not passenger door. Replaced the door actuator and works fine now. Passenger side is really slow so guessing it won't be long for this world either.

I don't hear anything from either door.

That's what I was thinking it was. I think I have to change both actuators.
