R56 giving me problems HELP me save her!

I have an 08 MCS named hazel. I've loved this car since i first test drove her a year and a half ago, but lately i'm having some issues. First a quick mod /sat list so you know what i'm working with.
88k miles in south Florida heat
Aem intake
Afe catback
Forge copy intercooler
Ebay catchcan
Manic stage 1 tune
Led headlight swap
thermostat replaced at 70k
oil changes every 4k

So lets start with the warning indicators. Upon every start i'm barraged with headlight/fog light faults i'm assuming from my led swap, along with a few Service indicators (the mini on a lift sometimes in red sometimes in yellow) The brake light is also turned on since i broke the rear passenger side brake sensor when i was upgrading my rotors. I also have a check engine light because of my manic tune a code 0128 (running colder from factory) My biggest question here would something like the headlights trip a service indicator like the mini on the lift.

I had some idle issues awhile back so i sprayed some seafoam through the pvc hose and it evened it out, however when I reattached the hose I broke the specific clamp. I've patched it up (as seen below. I'm noticing a bit of a vacuum leak, could that be the issue? I've been told that this vacuum leak is also creating a bit of a problem with my stage1+ tune. The car refuses to pop and bang no mater how my manic dealer alters the code.

And as of the last 5 days i'm having one hell of a coolant leak. I was left stranded when the car was overheating because of a lack of coolant. After refilling it i noticed the reservoir was empty again the next day. I kept filling the reservoir with the same result. After placing a cardboard box overnight i found a huge puddle of coolant pooling under the car next to where the cat is. Any Ideas??

And as a bonus look at how much junk my catch can has accumulated in just 2 months

I love this car but it'll be the death of me Just last month i had to replace the whole fuel filter assembly because ethanol had eaten right though it and filled the cabin with an awful gas smell. I'm worried about how to diagnose the exact problem with both the vacuum leak and coolant issue. I'd love to hear your comments or ideas. Help save Hazel!

I think the two main issues are vacuum leak and coolant.

Vacuum leak:
replace the hose and be done with it.

coolant leak:
check the thermostat if it sitting right.
check the bleed release plastic screw on the casing.
check the C clamp where the housing meets the pipe that goes to the pump.
check the pipe connecting the housing to the pump.

also check newtis.info for procedures and specs. check www.realoem.com for part numbers

The catch can has oil and water in it. The brownish froth is the oil. The only thing catch cans are good for is indicating when your valve cover has failed. Do you have a vacuum under the valve cover? This would show itself as a hissing noise when the engine is shut off or it will go onto service mode when the oil fill cap is removed while running. The cover pcv diaphragms have gotten hard and cracked allowing full engine vacuum to the crankcase. These are not replaceable on an n14 engines cover. Your pcv hose to the intake could also be cracked as it a hard heat shrunk plastic. The end fittings are barbed so you can cut off the plastic and push on a rubber hose that is good for oil and gas.

At 80 thou your valve seals are also toast and need replacement. Oils is leaking down the valve stem causing moe3coking on their heads and in the combustion chamber .

if the waterpump, crossover pipe and thermostat have never been change then they are also toast at 80 thou miles. Crossover pipe will crumble when removed. The end that touches the engine bock is over heated then cooled so many times it just falls apart and leaks. This is a common failure point and if not repaired or ignored it will send your engine and car to parts recycle heaven along with the others.

good luck with you car.
