Mini Mixture control injector code 2BC5

Good day fellow Mini enthusiasts! I'm excited to get to motoring with my new found giant skateboard with a motor however I need to figure out what the following code is and how to fix it. I bought the car, a 2011 Clubman S and it needed a new turbo, I sent it to G-Pop shop and he re-built it and sent it back. I put it back on the car along with all new gaskets and now have a P119D on my scanner. It says Fuel Trim Injector Aging Long-Term Adaptation Implausible (Bank1). I have an OEM enhanced screen that shows a 2BC5 which is the same as P119D as far as i know. My first thought was could it be an O2 sensor. I drove it and it drives great, pulls good and seems to have a decent amount of boost (all stock). All the computers monitors reset with the exception of the O2 Heater. Not sure if its the upstream or down.
Any assistance, advice or knowledge of others is as always appreciated.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to your thoughts.

I'll post pictures as soon as this amazing Northern California weather lets up!

Any news on how you solved this trouble code? My 2012 Mini Countryman S ALL4 is throwing the same code. Thanks in advance.
