R53 - 2003 Mini Cooper Not starting.

• Car has all dash lights.
• No service engine errors.
• Car does not turn over.
• Battery tested at Firestone [And only 1 Month old]
• Alternator tested and functioning correctly

Installed a new radio and it created a parasitic battery draw. Assumed that was the problem for obvious reasons. After fixing the issue with radio now have a new problem. The car will not turn over yet has all interior lights. When the problem first started we could jump the car and it would start. Current condition, after jumping the car letting it run for 5 minutes, turn the car off and it will not start and can not jump to start car. Let car sit for 8 hours try to start - nothing [no turn over or start] and can not jump to start. Wait 24 hours try to start and the car starts like no problem. I am now assuming this is either an EWS or starter issue but I am having a hard time understanding how the EWS works or what the problem could be with

EWS. Appreciate any and all suggestions because I'm a little lost on this one.

UPDATE - After doing every test known to man decided it was the starter. Not the job I really wanted to tackle. It is as hard as everyone says because of the location. Tested the starter once out and it would get power but no engage. Replaced starter and now have a car that actually starts.
