Rear Toe adjustment tool - in use?

Greetings. Does anyone have a picture of the special tool used for setting rear toe angle in use? My local shop would not align the car because they had no tool. The tool looks simple enough that I could make one or print one on my 3D printer. I'm not certain how it is used though, so I am hoping someone here can show me or tell me. Thanks!

You don't really need it, but it does make it easier.

No need for the tool, save your money. we just loosen the bolts and move the tire to move the arm. But if it's stuck you can use a pry bar but it's easy. If an alignment shop won't do it cause they don't have the tool find a new one as that is lazy cause it's easy to do.

Thanks, I am still hoping to make one, but I cannot find dimensions or instructions for use. I am in the western suburbs of Chicago. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good shop or do I need to take it to the dealer?
