There might be other conditions that effect the throttle body. For example when my spark plugs took a dump, no matter how much a press gas, it would rise super slow and shake. So, take a look at your spark plugs first to see their condition. Also, how many miles on the car/?

The rpm was rising slow without hesitation.

The dealler sugest to change the 2 tps, but where are they? They are not on the throtle body or the gas pedal. Any one know where?

I have remove the throttle body and the unit seem too small to have tps but I can be wrong.

I will call mini support to know the answer.
