Scheduled Maintenance - Gen 2/R56.

I have a 2012 S with 53.5k miles on it now. My last maintenance was in March this year when I was at about 46-47k. I am a light driver and generally, I have scheduled maintenance twice in a calendar year. But in March, I constantly saw 10k (7k now) or April 2019 on my maintenance display. My last maintenance appointment (extended plan, free) was in Aug mid and everything came up fine, no need to check or change anything, not even a fluid top off. The very first day the maintenance expired, I got a check engine light with 19 codes with 18 of them attributed to misfires. The engine light hasn't returned on driving 10+ miles post erasing the codes.
Should I be worried about:
  1. Oil top off.
  2. Coolant fluid top off.
  3. Ignition coil change. I am changing spark plugs as advised for this mileage on the forum.
  4. Try Mini/Chevron fuel system cleaner?
Thank you!

Just like any other car, it is important to check the fluids every now and then specially the oil. Make sure it's full and doesnt go below the half mark. Replace oil no more than 5k miles. Sometimes codes come up for low voltage so if the battery is at it's end of life, consider replacing it.

Side note: i find it fascinating that once the warranty expires, your mini becomes another creature!!! I wonder if these guys manipulate the system to not through codes during coverage!!!

I was so aghast. A 3 min drive outside warranty and the dreaded light appears. However, after erasing with a very good tool, Carista device and app, it went away and hasn't reappeared after driving about 90-100 miles.
