Timing numbers question.

I was curious if anyone has any information on the timing for the R53’s. Still trying to diagnose an issue, and my mechanic said they were checking the timing and cylinder one had a much higher number than the other three. I think he said 2,3 and 4 were all in the mid 30’s or something and cylinder 1 was around 58. I have no idea what any of it means, but he’s trying to research what everything should be at. This goes along with my noise issue we are trying to diagnose....
