Code po128 and po597 HELP

Code po128 and po597 HELP
Purchased a thermostat housing set up from Napa Auto Parts.
First one, the temp sensor went out. Replaced the housing and rebuild the connection.
Second one, po128. Assumed the thermostat had stuck open. Replaced again. Yes, lifetime warranty on part.
Third one, now I get po128 and po597. I was unable to get the car up to full temp also.
Wondering if Mini OEM housing is worth the money or can someone see what I am missing?
