06 mcs ep light is on so I did a synthetic Trans slush , ep light went off a couple of times but came back on . So took it to a friends shop scanned it with his snapon n the code 2c11 Steptronic switch came up. Car shifts alil wacky through all the gears . The trans was replaced 2 years ago . Said on carfax . So I think the srans is good but what is the Steptronic switch?? I’m refuse to take it to the dealer. Please help anyone!!! Please!!!

 

You might be able to find a good Indy shop that has the software to really look into it, Example my Neighbor's 2007 R52 with the Steptronic transmission they diagnosed a few things and found a software update that they applied and that sorted out a few of the main issues. Her car has over 130K and is now running well after having the transmission fluid and filter serviced and the software update.
