Clutch bled yet still spins while engaged...HELP

My clutch slave cylinder blew out while I was driving a few weeks ago so I replaced it.
I replaced both my clutch master cylinder and my slave cylinder since that's what I've seen the proper method is.
I have bled and bled the darn thing so many times but the wheels still rapidly spin while in gear if the clutch is pressed.
There's also a lot of resistance from the gear shift when trying to change gears.

Basically it appears the clutch system is not working at all.
I've searched and searched and followed pretty much every tutorial for bleeding and still nothing works.
There are no bubbles at all coming out, not even tiny ones.

Please help!

Clutch release lever may be broken.

I was at a stop light at the bottom of a hill and when it turned green I started up the hill, I tried shifting into 2nd and got stuck in neutral, couldn't shift to 2nd or 1st and had to pull off to the side.
Before this happened there was a whistle sound like a train whistle when I'd speed up or shift. After this happened (during my slow drive home without a clutch) I didn't hear that again.

From what we read the slave or master clutch cylinder had blown, so we replaced both of them as we read you should do both at the same time.

I've bled the slave cylinder on at least 5 different occasions with no bubbles ever coming out and tried holding down the clutch pedal overnight to drain air, nothing has worked.

It doesn't feel broken, just soft.
There's resistance from the fork, which would say to me that it shouldn't be broken.

We were thinking maybe the clutch throwout bearings were broken/bad since they're fragile. Thoughts?

Hey there, I had the same problem with my 2007 MCS, it was because there was an air bubble because the car was jacked up, and not sitting level. I bled it about 20 times, and it was still too tight, then I parked it level, and that did it. Just in case it helps...
