2014 Mini Cooper s won’t start
in modern computer controlled cars like the MINI
I have seen where a 'completely dead battery' would not allow the car to be jumped
BUT if you leave the cables hooked up for 10 or 15 minutes the dead battery will charge just enuf to power up the computer and THEN the car will respond to the jump
Or just fully charge the battery by other means
