mirror fallout

The lighted mirror on passenger side fell out, along with 2 metal clips. Can this be reattached or is something broken?

I forgot how they go back up, but the metal clips hold it up there. I got fed up with having to keep redoing it so I ordered new ones and told everyone to not open them. Glue holds the plastic to the visor and the metal clip holds the door onto the mirror (has something to do with the switch too).
