OIl pressure warning R56 n14 engine

2009 R56 mini cooper s , a new rebuilt long block engine gives a low oil pressure warning but not all the time. Any suggestions?

Did you replace the oil pump on rebuild? You can add an oil pressure gauge to be sure.
